What Are The G-Bombs Foods?

When it comes to nutrition, there are so many ideas on what’s best for what goal. There’s also a lot of conflicting information which can make things confusing. Over the years in learning about fitness, health and healing, there are certain things that stick out to me that can help keep it simple. For instance, to increase energy and lose weight, eat more like our ancestors- hunter gatherers. Sources might differ about certain ideas, but one thing is certain- dropping processed foods and junk foods as much as possible and replacing it with natural foods will be extremely beneficial.

In my studies, I came across some nutrition information about the G-Bombs diet. I don’t see it as a diet really, but more just a list of certain foods that are very very good for us to focus on. It contains foods that are the most anti inflammatory and anti cancer. So when I heard that I was all ears.

Here are the foods: G- Greens. B- Beans. O- Onions… including garlic. M- Mushrooms (look into medicinal mushrooms and you’ll see the healing power of them). B- Berries. S- Seeds. Then they’ll say add in wild caught fish for fats and protein.

Letting go of junk and processed foods and taking in some natural foods, G-Bombs and others, has the power to heal the body. Do an experiment- let go of one thing that might be draining your energy- junk or substances, or lowering caffeine intake, and replace with something natural or from G-Bombs. You will feel a shift in energy after a short while. You’ll notice your body craves the natural foods making it easier to build better habits. And just think, the more you drop out the processed stuff and replace with natural, the more energy you’ll have, better mood, and more healing will occur.

So if you’re trying to lose weight or increase energy, or maybe heal your body, choose foods like our ancestors would have. And if you can, focus on the G-Bombs list. Take note and notice the shift little by little.

Wishing you health and strength!
