I hope today is a great day for you. A lot of gratitude and something to look forward to…
Check this out, the Earth is around 75% Water and so is your body- that is something pretty miraculous and really shows us that we are nature. Reflect for a second on water and how it flows, nourishes, transports. How it can be calm and still, it can be waves, it can be streams. It’s adaptable. So as you connect with the water element in yourself, you’ll notice all of these qualities. Also recognize being around water, seeing and hearing it cools and calms us on all levels. So water is considered Yin, or restorative.

Here we’ll learn about the benefits of getting the right hydration and the simple ways to go about that… We’re focused here on nutrition (hydration being part of nutrition) which we can work on through coaching. So let’s get into it…
BENEFITS OF HYDRATING PROPERLY

When it comes to drinking enough water, you can be assured that there are many many benefits that come from it. Water allows for hydration, optimized functioning, healing and detoxification. If you feel low energy or mood during the day or lethargic, tap into your body and see if you just need some movement and water. That can lift you up pretty quick.
Let’s go over some of the benefits of optimized hydration:
—Sustainable energy during the day: Since your body uses water for every process, you’ll feel energized during the day when you’re hydrated. If you feel tired, stressed, or low mood- check in with yourself: “Do I just need some movement and some water?” That literally could be it. Just check in and Listen.
––Weight Loss: Cutting out sugary or caffeinated beverages and replacing with water and natural hydration will help you let go of excess weight. And sometimes we feel hungry but we’re actually dehydrated. So drink some water and you’ll eat just what you truly need. Weight benefits…
—More Clarity: Hydration gives you greater clarity. Not only because your brain loves water, but because every cell, every organ loves it too. When you’re hydrated, you’re at ease and you’ll feel clear… like water.
— Great Digestion: This is another area that is enhanced with proper hydration. It all comes back to the foundation- dehydration causes stress and imbalance, so hydrating helps you holistically, including digestion! Better digestion, more energy, better mood, uptake of KEY VITAMINS and nutrients, etc.
— Feeling More Uplifted ++ ๐ … With hormones and chemicals relying on good clean water and enough of it- as you work on your hydration you’ll likely feel more calm, optimistic, etc.
Now these are just SOME of the benefits- I encourage you to get curious and inspired to learn more and experience first hand the power of Hydration- you’ll learn a lot and feel great.
What To Do To Optimize Hydration?
To optimize your hydration, here are 3 of the most valuable ways that I’d like to share with you that will change your health and energy in a huge way:
- Sources of hydration: Get your hydration from good, clean water, fruits and vegetables, and herbal tea. Remember that caffeine dehydrates and causes stress to the body. A little bit may be okay for you, but keep the amount low. Otherwise the above sources will keep you hydrated during your day.
- Use sea salt to get your 90 minerals for better functioning, health and energy. These help with hydration and overall functioning. Just a quarter tea spoon in spring water each morning will help you stay hydrated and feel great.
- Use a filter (I won’t list names, but any filter is better than no filter, and there are steps up you can set goals for as you learn what different types of filters take out of the water) So use a filter or filter system. You can also get Spring Water, Reverse Osmosis, Or Distilled. And again, add some sea salt to these.
Taking a step and de-ciding to cut out artificial or processed drinks, especially sugar and caffeine- and replacing them with water, fruits and vegetables and herbal tea will give you great benefits with your health and energy. And again to recap, our whole system is 75% water so it’ll positively affect you on every level.
