+++Use This Tea For Calming, Focusing, And Better Mood+++
Have a really good day today- take moments and stop to really appreciate the micro moments, they add up…
Do you experience brain fog, low mood or difficulty with focusing? These are areas I think most of us would like to improve and I totally understand if they seem difficult to you at the moment. My own journey brought me through many time periods where those were seemingly impossible to improve- until I learned, really explored and understood remedies for them… There are different reasons you may be experience these things and here I’m going to teach you natural ways to remedy and an Herbal Tea that will improve all of these areas.
Potential Causes And Solutions
Let’s see…. all of these things can be caused by processed/junk foods- high sugar/high fructose which throw your system off. Aside from that- if you’re not taking in some key nutrients, you’ll experience those more to. You can look at it like this: If it’s from G-d/Nature, it’s a gift and it will heal and strengthen you. If it’s not, it will do the opposite. So choose the High Vibration, natural foods.
Another cause of brain fog, low mood, and focus difficulty can be from technology use. Having your attention and energy up top- especially while sitting and not BALANCED through your whole body. Bringing your attention and energy down through grounding exercises, general movement and exercise, and tapping will remedy it.
And lastly, those conditions can also be caused by anything draining your energy or causing stress- which can be from everything listed above, to stressful or hurtful people, and not using your gifts to serve a greater purpose. So make the new choices TODAY to change it. Take back your energy, take back your time and attention. All of it. As you do, you’ll notice your focus and mood improving.

This is my herbal tea combination of a lot of awesome ingredients. All of them have different benefits and it will improve your energy, focus and mood and help you feel great. Have the tea in the morning before breakfast to start your day- and of course ANY time you want to have some. 1-3 cups can be a great part of your overall Nutrition.
Here is the Herbal Tea, check it out:
- Green Tea: Green Tea will change your life. Caffeine gives a fake boost of energy and then a crash- where you feel like sh-t. Now that would be if you take too much- I’m not opposed to it, I just know for some people it’s best to keep it to low or none… so you let go of the caffeine or lower it and switch to GREEN TEA. Green Tea has Theanine, which creates GABA. Which let’s you feel calm, centered, and focused. Remember my rhyme for it: “Too much dopamine from screens and caffeine- let go of it all and get some THEANINE.“\
- Holy Basil: This is an adaptogenic herb which will help you feel calmer as you respond to stress. It helps you build capacity to feel stress and be able to hold it and respond to it instead of react- and that is key- to respond in a better way. Here’s my rhyme for this one: “Feeling stress that’s okay, don’t react that’s a Second Arrow, that is more Pain. Respond in a better way, walk in nature, it’ll take you to a better place…“
- Rosemary: Rosemary is great for memory, clarity, mood and calming.
- Sage: This herb is also great for memory.
