Two Books That Will Shift Your Energy And Understanding

A previous article talked about several books that are very helpful in specific areas- I called them Vitamin Packed Books. It’s basically 2 or more books that when you read them, they really help you ground in specific ideas or lessons. This article and associated content will be the same- and the two books I will be referencing have to do with Mindset and your ability to change how your framing something, change a belief that’s not helpful, and also embrace your ability to learn and adapt. These books will help you in so many ways as you apply them.

So let’s get into it… Book number 1: You Are What You Think. This is a great book to remind you that you can reframe things and change how you think about them. You can change your self talk- more friendly and uplifted when needed, better narration. You can choose to do that and this book will help in that area. Other books I’ve mentioned that help in the area of self talk are books by John O’donohue and Buddhist Teacher Pema Chodron.

Two Books to help you shift your energy and focus

Book number 2: Mindset. This book was recommended to me a long time ago by a great client I worked with. We talked about how we can look at different areas and go from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset– growth mindset being that you can realize you’re a work in progress- which is a breath of fresh air– and you can work on something to learn and get better. You can unlearn something as well- we’re neuroplastic. The Universe, which includes you, is dynamic- always changing. So you can decide to improve in any area you want to. So let’s take a step and apply it!

These books and ideas will give you hope and encouragement over all- and remind you of what you already know and are capable of- your inherent power. You can improve in an area, learn something new, change how you’re framing something, find a solution, etc. That will help you feel better, change your energy and focus, especially as you take steps toward your goal.
