Letting Go For Better Energy And Health

Make it a great day today. I hope you’re practicing some Gratitude and have some things to look forward to and learn about. Wishing a great day for you…

This article will help you a lot with learning to embrace letting go, or subtraction… to have more or more balanced energy and better healthincluding things like sleep and focus. It’s letting go as opposed to addition or adding something in. Both are necessary but embracing letting go of something can benefit you in so many ways. Here’s how….

Recognize consumer culture and mindset that may have conditioned you to seek and add things in to feel better. “If I add in this supplement I’ll feel better”, “If I get this, everything will be good” … It’s teaching you to add in things only… now overall addition of the right things are great- moving your body more or starting to work out- great additions that will benefit you. Adding in more natural, living foods, great addition. Adding in a Gratitude practice, meditation, prayer- very great. But also letting go or subtracting something can be just as powerful for you, maybe even more, here’s why….

NATURE FLOWS, YOU FLOW, REMOVE A BLOCK

Think of nature and your own body, and how everything works. With flow, movement. If you put a dam on a river, it blocks it. Remove or subtract the dam and the river flows with vitality, energy, it just goes. You are the same way, there may be many things blocking you up and if you subtract or LET GO of even one of them, your energy flows and you feel better.

When you feel you want to have more energy, or more balanced or focused, or better health- practice being super aware of the fact that you can add something helpful in of course, BUT you can also subtract or let go of something that may bring you to a whole new level.

Here are some examples of things you can let go of for greater energy:

  • Anything stimulating- c—feine- let go for a week and hydrate, move and eat natural, living foods and herbs- you will feel better and energy will balance.
  • Processed/Artificial EVERYTHING– let it go and replace with natural living foods and hydrate properly, you will feel better.
  • Info consumption- Practice technology fasting for a week and watch and feel your system clear up with more focus.
  • A belief, idea, or pattern- Beliefs are just beliefs. Everyone has their own… let go of one that’s just not helpful. Embrace one that gives you strength, such as “I can, I will…”. Let go of a pattern, vice, habit- as you let go more and more you’ll have more energy.

TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING CAUSES BLOCKS, LET GO

Even things that are overall good- too much causes blockages. As an example, let’s say you eat 15 apples today. Well apples are great, your body loves them- 15 of them and your body becomes blocked up and stressed. It says “Okay we got it, apples, we’re all set for now, too much…” Same thing with natural supplements and herbs. You might not need to add in a new herb or supplement- herbs and natural supplements are very useful but just adding more because there are benefits might not be best.

Fasting is powerful- you’ll prove to yourself you can feel a pull and let it pass. You’ll pull energy and power back. And your body/mind will clear out what’s not needed. Nutritionally, toxins will be flushed out. And tech/info fasting allows you to process and learn and let go of what’s not helpful.

Embrace the letting go or subtraction of something and experience greater energy and wellbeing.

Today is your day, make it the best day. Every day, every moment counts. Wishing you health and strength- PEACE-
