
Today I was thinking about something that picked me up a bit and I found strength in it, so I wanted to share. It was this reminder: That there are many, many people out there, near and far, who care, wish the best, and share wisdom. We can be grateful for that. This can help us let go of anger and self attack. And pulling away from technology and allowing silence and stillness can help you tune into the fact that people care and share that wisdom. When there’s too much noise it’s difficult to notice.
When we practice meditation and allow silence, we can uproot a lot of the junk. And as we become aware of the space that’s there, we can see that there is a lot of support and encouragement for us…which is much more helpful. We can give ourselves positive words of encouragement and we can reflect on times other people have. When we’re aware of that, we feel gratitude which strengthens. This can be huge for rejuvenating.
I can reflect on so many times I received positive words- many times I couldn’t really grasp it- because of the pain I was in. But they were like seeds. And for that I’m grateful. Give someone some positive words today.
