
When you feel low or discouraged, remember there are so many things around that can act as ropes- which can help lift us up or help us see a different perspective. Just allowing yourself to grab hold of a rope can make a big difference.
Sometimes the ego keep us from grabbing hold of one- but if we practice letting go and just grabbing hold, we can shift our energy.
So what do I mean by a rope? A rope can be anything that helps you. A simple word or phrase you hear someone say that encourages you or helps you understand something is a rope. Working with a therapist, spiritual teacher or coach can be a rope. Shaking things off, getting out into nature and feeling the air, hearing the sounds, feeling the earth and the sun- can definitely lift you up. Another rope can be focusing on a goal or mission and just taking one step. Also- reading a book that inspires or helps you. There are some great books- in this section.
If you can tune into the different ropes around, you can allow them to pull you up. So I just wanted to share that concept and hope some of those examples I listed can be ropes for you. You are great and you are worthy.
