
I was taking a walk today and I started thinking- do you think hunter gatherers suffered from many of the things we do today- such as depression? Quick answer, no.
I want this article to just give you a way of looking at things that might help shake things up and help. Here are some questions to consider: Did hunter gatherers eat processed food? No, they hunted. Did they sit at a desk for 8 plus hours including time in front of a tv or computer? No, they hunted so they exercised. Did they take in loads of information and news? No. Their info was from nature. Did they gossip? No, they didn’t have time to. Did they have doctors that pushed pills? No, they had herbs and shamans who healed. We can learn a whole lot from our ancestors.
These are all just things to look at that can help shake it up, increase your energy and work with depression.
Take your time, take care and take a good walk. One step at a time.
