
Environments Conducive Of Healing, Learning, And Strengthening
Nature is the greatest environment to connect, heal and feel strengthened. Even a 15 minute walk and stretch will rejuvenate you and help you feel more calm. Between the scenery, the fresh air, the sun light, the Earth– it’s all needed for us and will quickly notice the positive benefits.
You can choose an environment that helps you feel more centered and calm- more supported. And places you’re able to connect and give value. To know this is important and to choose and keep choosing those supportive environments. A distracting environment and noise- these pull attention. Make a choice today to spend some time in an environment that inspires you, calms, supports- it will bring you a lot of benefit.
So aside from making changes wherever you are in the moment, here are some great places for inspiration or motivation, study, reflection, and support:
-Nature: Again, Nature is the great healing environment. Natural landscapes, trees, sounds of birds, waterways, Sun- it’s all supportive and nourishing. Take time each day and connect- take a walk and stretch as you appreciate it. “Respond in a better way, walk in Nature, it’ll take you to a better place.”
-Library/Bookstore: Calm environment- places of study. You can find a book that inspires you and teaches you something valuable and then share it.
-Cafe: These can be great places to study or get some work done. A lot of times you’ll see inspiring art and messages, we can definitely appreciate those things.
-Monastery or Meditation Class: Monasteries and places of quiet, contemplation, and prayer- very inspiring and amazing scenery and art. Go on a retreat or take a class- these can help you in so many ways. I’ve had truly life changing conversations in places like these. “Let’s get calm like monk in a monastery- boredom tears me- apart, it’s hard, to embrace it, but I face it, then I get moti-vated, let’s start…”
-Exercise class, gym, yoga: The gym is an environment for motivation and progressing with exercise and more. You’ll find yourself inspired to be there and by others- a lot of support and encouragement.
-Nutrition/Herbal Shop: Visit one of these shops and learn about nutrition and energy. They’re great places for what you are looking for and to connect and learn with great people.
-Farmland: The landscape of farms is always amazing- open space with plants and animals and great people. You can learn a lot about farming, food and nutrition, and more. It’s also great to let the farmer know you appreciate that they do and it’s so needed.
