Coffee… With Mushroom

Coffee. Some say coffee is good for you in moderation, others say to keep it out completely. It can definitely be useful to awaken some energy for workouts. But it’s pretty much agreed that too much of it can cause anxiety. So in this article I want to give an idea that can help you reduce your coffee intake. To reduce the amount of caffeine, you can either take in less coffee, or dilute what you regularly take in. So here it is… mushroom coffee.
Now, first things first- it doesn’t actually taste like mushroom. It just tastes like regular coffee. And the mushrooms bring added health benefits. Feel free to do some research on them.

The mushroom coffee I’ve tried comes from Four Sigmatic and Ryza. They put different types of mushrooms in each product, for different benefit- most of them contain Chaga, which is a potent immune booster. Another kind contains Lion’s Mane- this is a mushroom that can help you think more clearly. You can use it for greater learning. They also have decaf Reishi coffee- this mushroom can help with calming and sleep. Their “Balance” product combines healing herbs (good for stress response) with Chaga. Gut Health contains beneficial probiotics and Turkey Tail which can be used to benefit cancer patients. And their Perform product has Cordyceps mushroom which can help with energy production, workouts, and physical activity. All of them can be very rejuvenative.

So if you find yourself drinking too much coffee, Mushroom Coffee might help you cut down a bit. The Balance coffee with Chaga and adaptogens has half the caffeine of a regular cup. The other kinds have regular caffeine but you only need half the serving. Their instant coffee has half the caffeine as well. As you cut down the caffeine, you may notice anxiety coming down. You may experience greater clarity, and also- an ability to reform habits- breaking a habit or building a new one.

Thank you for reading, and I’m wishing you health and strength.
